Quick Fix or Sustainable Diet??

Here at McRae Fitness we try to teach our members about moderation, about how to live a normal life, about how to enjoy your food and not have to dread meal times. 

 Some trainers will tell you to stop eating this that and everything, and yes you will lose weight, but ask yourself..... is this a sustainable way to eat for the rest of my life, or is this just a quick fix?  If it's a quick fix you are looking for then we may not be the best fit for you, we are lifestyle, we are community, we go that extra mile!
