McRae 45
It doesn't matter whether you are a Beginner to Advanced on the good old fitness scale, just come with a 'Let's get shit done' attitude and you'll fit right in. Every M45 is different, but all will leave you with a solid endorphin rush that will have you feeling on top of the world and giving yourself a big pat on the back for a job well done.
Boxing
Yep, just as the title says! We have a focus on technique, fitness and fun in these classes. We know that typically men don’t attend group classes as much as women, however this is one that you would love. Also a great class to attend with your teen, a little bonding between punches ;) We have some spare gloves here for you to use, however for hygiene reasons we do recommend bringing you own.
M30
If you can’t make it to a set time then these classes are for you. We have a workout on the board and the sessions always have a PT supervising.
Each session starts on the 15min, so if you cannot make 9:15 but you can make 9:30, then do you! Come in, warm up, then get into the Workout of the Day.
SImiliar to our M45’s, but only 30 mins. Some are strength only, some cardio only, or sometimes a mixture of both. But always just what you need, at the time you need!
Yoga
Always a great addition to any fitness program. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques are also integrated. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Yin Yoga
Tues evening is Yin. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, and poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your strength training and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.
Suitable for all levels
ABT
Good old Abs, Butt, Thighs. It is something that has been around since the 80’s, but there is good reason…it hits all the areas we need to hit! Our ABT is not choreographed and moving to the beat. It is more about the movements and less of the light and fluffy ;)
Blast n Build
End the week right. Fridays are full of big compound lifts and accessorised with some cardio or smaller weighted moves. Get your bang for buck out of the big moves and set yourself up for the weekend.
